its working fine for me, maybe some of your indicators on the chart are affecting it.

No it is still the same. The bottom line just not find the lower half of the 08:00 candle. Very strange. Never mind.

On my charts it is a common error, Either top or bottom when price sets the high or low on the first candle, it does not draw the box correct. I have taken it off now as it is useless which is a shame. I will draw the box manually or see if there is a better version on Ctrader Store.

Hi Sophia. I loaded Boxify, unfortunately it is not what I want. The Breakout Box indicator if it works gives exactly what I want by drawing a box around the opening hour of any market on any exchange. This is called the Initial Balance - I understand. It then extends the High and the Low of the box for the remainder of the session. This then acts as Support and Resistance.

Is there any chance that yo can get it to work properly?

I would think building an algo to my spec would cost money. The thing here is, when I download an algo especially from a company like yours, I expect it to work as it says on the box. Clearly Breakout Box does not work on my system for what ever reason.

I am a trader not a programmer I gave up C when they started adding + signs way back in the last century. Like I said I am a trader and I expect algos to work even if they are free.

Hi, Mustapha, if you think the indicator has a bug, can you provide a few screenshots and a full description of the issue, and we will contact the vendor of this product to review.

I also started programming with C and assembly, those were good days :-)

Regarding the free indicator you downloaded, it works fine for us, and we have not received any reports of issues from other customers. Did you try adding it to a clean chart to see if the problem persists?

Mike thanks for the update. Yes they were the good old days. I loved C, you could do anything with it. I will try your suggestions over the next couple of days. Thanks for your help. I appreciate. It does worry me that you can not replicate the error. But let me test it a bit more as you suggested.

Thanks for the other indie suggestions I will trey then as well.
