
Hi guys,
After updating my MacOS cTrader desktop platform, when I tried to access my Risk & Reward Tool that I purchased from you guys, it all of a sudden after the update was asking me to re-register the product and wasn't allowing me to access the tool.
When I click on 'Register Product', it gives an error message that says "It looks like we cannot connect to our licensing server: System.NotSupportedException: net_http_unsupported_version
at System.Net.Http.HttpClient.<SendAsync>g__Core|83_0(HttpRequestMessage request, HttpCompletionOption completionOption, CancellationTokenSource cts, Boolean disposeCts, CancellationTokenSource pendingRequestsCts, CancellationToken originalCancellationToken)
at cTrader.Automate.Instances.Http.AutomateHttpService.RequestProcessor()" - and then the tool eventually closes.
I tried to delete the tool and re-download and reinstall, but the same issue persists. For a tool I purchased last month and was working fine previously (even after previous updates), i'm not quite sure what is going on here and would really appreciate urgent assistance.
