Product not showing in registration – CTID 6010807

Hello ClickAlgo team,

I recently purchased the BolliSniper RSI Pro Algo Strategy using my account: *****
My cTrader ID is: 6010807

When I open the product registration page, the "Product" field is empty and I cannot register my product.

I have verified this is the correct account and that I have not activated the product before.

Please help link the product license to my account so I can complete the activation.

Hello ClickAlgo Support Team,

I previously contacted you regarding an issue with the BolliSniper RSI Pro cBot, where it stops working once the activation page is closed.

Recently, I:

Deleted the bot entirely.

Re-downloaded it from My Downloads.

Reinstalled it from scratch.

Repeated the activation process successfully.

However, the issue still persists:

The activation page automatically closes by itself after a few seconds.

Immediately after that, the cBot stops running.

The activation page reappears every time I launch the bot.

No license file appears to be saved in the bot’s directory.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or helping me activate the product in a way that does not require the activation page to stay open.

Regarding your registration issue, I can confirm that the product has been successfully registered on your account.

Usually, the cBot will stop running after around 5 minutes if registration hasn't been completed, and the registration window will appear each time you start the cBot until it's fully registered. Could you please confirm whether you're still experiencing any issues with the product?

Thanks for your response.

I’ve confirmed that my CTID is 6010807 and the product BolliSniper RSI Pro is listed correctly on my account. However, the bot still shuts down after minute due to:

License verification timed out, cBot stopping.
This happens every time I run it — even after:

Reinstalling the bot

Running cTrader as Administrator

Disabling VPN & firewall

Confirming registration

There is no activation window appearing at all, and I cannot continue using the product.
Could you please help me:

Activate it manually on your side, or

Send me a direct link or file-based license activation method?

I can confirm your license is registered.

The license timeout issue can occur if your computer is unable to connect to our website for license verification. Could you please try accessing https://clickalgo.com directly in your browser to confirm if the connection is working?

If the site does not load or is blocked, this may be the reason for the timeout. Let us know the result, and we’ll assist you further based on that.

Thank you for your support.
I followed your instructions and ran the PowerShell test — the result shows that my system can successfully connect to the license server (TcpTestSucceeded : True).
This confirms there is no firewall or network restriction on my side.

However, the cBot still stops and shows the message:
“License verification timed out, cBot stopping.”

This issue must be resolved, as it’s clearly coming from your side and not from mine.

I think I found the issue, the product name is incorrect on the web page. I have updated your license to reflect the correct name. Please try and run the cBot again and let me know if it works.

The cBot is now working and the activation window no longer appears. It's currently running and under observation.
