Hi, I have a 14-day trial

for this product:

Im having issues with "RISK AMOUNT" in that it doesnt seem to match correctly with % of balance
Can you advise please?

Hi Rakrak,

for this issue, I think your volume is too small so that the tool can't calculate the correct value to show the percentage, for example, the value maybe be 0.00233 (because the volume is so small and the account balance is too larger), so 0.00233 x 100 = 0%, that's why you can't see the correct percentage value
