Configuration System Failed to Initialize - cTrader

I have suddenly an issue with starting the cBots like "Guardian Angel" and "Risk & Reward Charting Tool". I can activate it on the chart but when I want to start it then I get an error message (see attachment). I have tried already the fixes from Appuals.com but it didn't help. Ctrader is running fine otherwise.

I have never had this problem before. I have already reinstalled cTrader completely but no change.

This would be an issue with your cTrader config file on your PC.

One possible fix

Delete the user.config file located in \AppData\Local\Spoware_systems_limited\ -> add the rest of the path to the user config file and try again, if it still fails then reinstall cTrader.

First backup this file and send your backed up copy to development@clickalgo.com

Thanks for your reply. Inside the path \AppData\Local\Spoware_systems_limited\ I have one folder only called /C__Users_User_Documents_c_StrongName_1cfhnkryrl2svc0h2iq1ijz1eqbo0gyt. Inside it there are 3 subfolder and all of them contain a userconfig file. Which one do I delete?

I would back them up and delete all of them to see if it fixes it.
