I launched the Market Data Converter app from the ctrader platform, downloaded the data via Dukascopy.com, completed steps 1 and 2, and finally, in step 3, Convert cTrader Format, I got an error and am looking for a solution.
The pop-up message that appears when an error occurs is of two kinds: "when you export the data from dukascopy make sure you select GMT instead of Local" and "one or more errors occurred".
The first pop-up message was not violated, and market data has been created.
