The difference between "New" and "Next" was made to determine if the current signal is the first, early, (New) signal immediately after a trend reversal and a new trend has emerged. Such a signal is less stable, but has more potential. Another case - "Next" - these are all subsequent waves of trend continuation. It may be more stable, but it has less potential - because some distance has already been covered behind. That is why there are small H4 targets to constantly Take at least something from the market, with the understanding that the trend can be completed / changed at any time.
