News Calendar Pro Telegram issue

The cBot known as News Calendar Pro, is not working properly where Telegram is concerned. It fails to send a notification and instead shows the following error:

I performed the Telegram Setup Test and everything is in order, according to the data. So the problem I am facing lies with the cBot than anything else.

My broker is RoboForex.

Hi, Vames, an update has been published, the issue was caused by the telegram updating their API.

You will need to remove the current version from cTrader and download the file again from your account downloads, please reply here to let us know if everything is ok or not.

@Mike#1763 I removed it then download it again. The issue hasn't changed.

Furthermore, the updated date hasn't changed either.

The file is the correct one, it was published on the 6th as you can see from the image below, make sure your browser is not caching the download, you could try a different web browser.

it may also be worth sending me your Telegram token and chat ID on my private Telegram account.

@Mike#1776 OK, so it says the message was sent, but nothing came through to Telegram.

The customer is checking their Telegram group bot configuration, we sent them a message using the testing tool and they never received it, this is normally what happens when the bot is not running.
