Also, when you say when a position lose more than certain pips, which setting is this?
Can you tell me if the setting is disabled after the alarm has fired?

After the alert is sent to you telling you a position is x pips down, it will not send another alert while the existing position still has x pips down, you only get a single event alert and not multiple. When there is no position with any pips at risk then the alert resets waiting for another position to be x pips down as long as you have the VPS setting checked.
Regarding the no stop loss alarm, it looks like the alarm manager picked up the position with no stop loss before the request was set by the broker, this small delay could cause this issue, we are looking into this, but it looks like a rare occurrence, if it happens again please report it with a new bug report post.
