Sam Greetings Click Algo Team, We had purchased this indicator [https://clickalgo.com/ctrader-dinapoli-stochastic] a while back but we seem to be having issues in loading it on our charts. Attached is a screenshot of the chart. Notice that the bottom portion is blank. We are able to make changes to the settings but the indicator doesn't load. Kindly assist.
Mike Hi, Sam, You need to refresh the chart as stated and you will see the welcome window, click NEXT to be taken to the registration page if you are already registered just click next and it will show.
Sam Hi Mike, We have refreshed the chart and filled the registration once more but the indicator still does not start. There is also no data on the log. See the image attached
