When I Automate this indicator it sends signals initially but afterwords no signals are sent - once in a while you get one. but not for all the pairs under different time frames.

Can you update your post above and provide a date and time when you feel an alert should have been sent, we need just single example for a single symbol, also, what is your UTC setting? you can find this bottom right of cTrader.

Sorry for the delay had the virus.
Well no alert have bee sent so fare after the initial set up. My UTC Settings is UTC+3

i can confirm that I am receiving telegrams using the te;egram-setup-test tool. As the for the starfield market signals I've been using it for months. hoever I shall send the email as requested.

I set the timeframe to 1-min to get a quick signal and when both trend and bbands signals showed bullish a Telegram message was sent as shown below. In order to get a signal, both values must be bullish or bearish.

Email Alerts
There seems to be an issue with the actual cTrader platform sending emails, we have contacted Spotware and they are investigating, the error below is shown in the indicator log.

08/01/2021 07:29:13.944 | Failed to send email "cTrader Email Test". System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Authentication

I received the first alert but subsequently I dont dont get any alerts. Surely once another signal develops, I get another alert automatically.

It is working with us, we get multiple alerts via Telegram.

If you allow us remote desktop support we can investigate further, remember that the trend and the bband signals must be the showing bullish or bearish and in the indicator log you will see a message stating a telegram has been sent.

We created the same setup using cTrader automate with different instances and the alerts were being sent by all of them, the only thing I would suggest is to use cTrader Trade window or make sure you open each indicator instance and view it each time you restart the platform.

Well, that's not much for automation especially when all the Starfield indicators send alerts once you click on them and no more alerts are sent afterward unless you click on the pair again. It would ideal if the Starfield indicators send alerts automatically without having to click click on them each time especially when you have 20 currency pairs and 5-6 indicators.

Hi, Riad, it works correctly on our machine, I had multiple indicator instances on cTrader Automate and they all sent alerts, I am unsure why it is not working on your machine, the only thing we can do is offer a refund. Just send an email to sales if you wish to do this. The offer is open for 2-days only from today as you have been using it for many months now.
