Moving Average Alerts - Multiple Timeframes

When adding two moving average alert cbots to one symbol chart using different timeframes in the parameters, it will duplicate the alert. I want to add the 1hr & 4hr timeframe to a chart but every time the moving average hits the 1hr, it triggers both alerts. I want to be able to add both cbots to one chart without having to open separate charts with different timeframes. This would save a huge amount of time if you could help fix! It says in the tutorial video, it doesn't matter which timeframe the chart is set to as this is set from the parameters in the cbot.

After some testing, I’ve tried 2 cbots with different timeframes, one set to 1hr the other 4hr on the same chart but I still get trigger alerts for the 4hr when it’s only the 1hr moving average that has been hit

Hi, Luke, we have tested this and it is working fine, did you set the parameter Use Timeframe to YES?

If you did then can you provide the following information by using a single cBot instance with a timeframe different from the chart's timeframe?

cBot setting as shown above with timeframe
The chart timeframe
The date and time the alert fired
Your UTC offset, bottom right of cTrader

That’s where I’m going wrong. I assumed 'use timeframe' was for the chart so set it as 'no'. Thanks for confirming
