This looks like you have an issue with your PC, I would try it on another one to confirm, also, I see you purchased this product on 12/11/2019, this is over 2-years ago, I assumed you had it working before or never used it.
It does not look like a display setting issue, but something else, please provide the operating system name and version you are using and the name of your cTrader broker and cTrader version.
