Risk and reward tool freezing

Hi,
The risk and reward tool works fine on the first currency pair I use it on, however the second time I try to open/use it the bot won't open and my ctrader account freezes, so I have to close the platform and reopen it every time I use the bot. This seems to have occurred due to the new ctrader update, as it has been working great before this. Thank you in advance for any help/advice.

Hi, Sam,

I installed the cTrader Risk & Reward Tool using cTrader 4.2.2 Beta on 2 charts EURUSD and EURJPY and added both a buy and sell drawing tool, I could not identify any errors, please could you provide the following information.

I also started the cBot and then stopped it, I started it again and there was no freezing of the platform.

Can you explain more about the account freezing, and what actually happens?
The Broker you are using.
The version of cTrader
Your order number when you purchased the product
Please confirm you are using the tool from the link above
The exact steps you are following to get the error
A screenshot of your settings and the symbol you are trading.
Your operating system, so Windows 7, 10 or 11

Once I have this information I can investigate further, with your order number I can look up your account.

I have realized that for the second try the box which opens the bot, opens outside of ctrader onto my desktop, but once I use this it stops any freezing/problems although I am not sure why this has started happening,
First bot opens in ftmo

Second bot goes to my desktop

But yes it works just a little different to before the update sorry for wasting your time,

No problem, could you provide all the information I listed in my post above and provide exact steps to reproduce the freeze?
