Issues with TDI pro alerts

I have not received an alert from TDI pro for over an month now. I have alerts set for tdi crosses and market base line crosses. All my credentials are right because I tested them. But as I look at the pairs I am following, I should have some alerts. I have every pair of major and major crosses setup for the tdi alerts and nothing. As I am looking over pairs, I see I should have had alerts

Dear Jgartrell,

Alerts with the TDI pro will work properly once you adjust the cTrader time to your current local time (adjust it from the bottom left corner of the application, so the UTC letters do not appear red anymore).

Please tell me if this fixes your issue.
