cTrader QuickFX Terminal Bug?

Keep getting an error in the Positions screen. The position disappears and I get a red cross. I'm running cTrader in Parallels. Here is the error report.

Hi, can you also provide the following information?

The version and name of the operating system
The broker version of cTrader

Hi, I ran cTrader 4.1 and cannot seem to get the same error as you, next time it happens can you take a screenshot of the positions screen and the kind of step you had, your settings etc.

Also, when you start the cBot can you look at the log tab, it should show Version 1.6.0 - last updated 03.06.2022

More info - cTRader crashed, had to restart computer. Restarted cTrader and QuickFX terminal. Position was showing and all looked good for about 5 mins - put positions screen just crashed again. Image attached

I cannot seem to replicate it, the only thing I can think of is that you are running a specific setup:

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 running Windows 10 on Parallels 17.1.2

Try installing the .NET framework 4.7.1

If this fails then I would test on a standard Windows 10 to 11 PC.

We only support Windows 7, 10 & 11, we do not usually support custom configurations using Parallels with a Mac

No worries. Windows just did an update, so will see if that helps. Already had that version of .NET framework installed. Will test for a couple of days but might go for a refund if I can't get it stable. Cheers
