Moving Average Trading System - False Signal

Hi, I have an issue with a false MA cross over signal.
The system opens a position and when the candle stops, the MAs did not crossed and the position were not closed for that matter.
Please fix the problem

Hi, This is a common problem with technical indicators, the cross actually did happen, but a few candles later it was repainted not to show a cross, but in the case above the fast MA has crossed above the slow MA a tiny amount to trigger an alert or open a trade, to the human eye it may not seem like it happened.

I hear you, but a position was opened and was not closed for another position.
This is does not make sense to me. If it should have, then the position is suppose to be closed on a crossover.

It is the only reason I am fearing to use this system for such matter of condition.

Hi, I use this system and it works fine for me, maybe I can help you, share your settings as a text file, there is a setting you need to set to true for the trade to close on a crossover. If you have this setting set to yes, share a screenshot showing the trade open and a crossover where it should have closed.

You need to show at what time on the chart with a verticle line when the trade should have closed, without this information we cannot help you.

The system was being done by them.
Seems like they don't want to fix the problem.
and its my fear to continue using their system.
If it was closing the position in such condition then it was going to be fine but it does not.
So it appears to be not working so good
