cTrader News Calendar Pro Issue

After starting News Calendar Pro i take the following steps.

Validate licence
Load the news events. ( i can clearly see the countdown timer with the next event)
I then go to trade manager and set the minutes before.
As soon as i activate i get the following scrolling error message.
UpdateDisplayOnTimer: Object not set to an instance of an object

I am running multiple instances of Neptune

I have news manager pro, I have installed it on my VPS(tradingfxvps) and when I try and load the csv file from my fx book it comes up with the following error. I presume this is because the VPS is running windows server 2012. I have googled about and cannot locate what download I may need to fix this problem, has anyone had the same issue and can guide me in what to do?
