c Trader Smart Scalping Tool Key issue

So after that last Ctrader update when things stopped working you guys updated the advanced forex scalping tool and changed it's name. You also got rid of the two parts out of three that i actually used. I use the info window and the additional close panel. I found the other panel a little crowded and worried about errors in a fast market.

Cut to today,
You guys added back the additional close panel which is awesome, but now my key wont work on the update.

So essentially I lost the info window and now I can't get it to load at all as it doesn't recognize my machine key now. Same computer

Hi, Ian, we spoke on Telegram today where you stated we did not reply to this thread, as you can see above we replied the same day, I am still awaiting your reply here with your order number, without this we cannot look up your account and help you.

I found your order number from your email registered on this site, you have registered this product on two machines already as shown below.

What you need to do is remove these licenses first from your manage product licenses page.

Then you need to start the cBot again and you will see the registration window, click the Next button to be taken to the registration page where you can register the product.

they are the same machine. i only have one computer

thank you that worked to get it on my screen but it's the one part of the tool i don't use at all.

how can i get the two other parts which were the only part i actually used back?

thank you for getting the license right but i have 1/3 of the bot i bought rn and it's basically not helpful to me. honestly the buttons are so crowded i feel like it is asking for an error

i bought the app for the other screen and the p/l screen

i figured out you broke out the dashboard and i'm downloading that but i'm still missing what was the most important part for my trading.

Hi, the version you can download has all the previous features plus additional features.

Also, we update our products with requests from customers, this is the version that we currently offer.

As this is no longer a registration issue, please post on the product help forum and describe exactly what features are missing in the current version that was in the previous version.
