ClickAlgo ATR Trailing Stop not working

Hi I just bought the ClickAlgo ATR Trailing Stop Cbot, but it has stopped working. It was fine at first... how can I get it to work consistently?

I have already seen the license verification screen and have clicked the next button to start the cbot.

Attach to Label? No
Label Name: BTC/USD
On Bar Close? No
Max Pips: 1000

Indicator Settings
MA Type: Simple
Period: 5
Weight: 3.5
Use High & Low: No

So basically, when I was first using it, the bot would automatically give me a Stop Loss when I opened a new trade (via market) and it would also adjust the Stop Loss of other open trades to the value set by the ATR Trailer.

So the bot was working as shown in the YouTube video, but now all of a sudden, it no longer alters any of my Stop Losses

Hi, Joshua,

Look at the entry price and the actual symbol price it has only moved a small amount and it is over 600 pips, your max pips setting is 1000, this means if the ATR value is more then 1000 pips which in this case it is, it will not activate, try setting it to 100,000 or more.

Ahh I see, amazing thank you for getting back to me so quickly (in time for the new trading week)

All is working fine now and I am really impressed, being that I am new to Ctrader and Cbots I can honestly say you guys have created some great products, will definitely be recommending your services to others
