steveauxene hi I recently purchased the delta volume alert indicator 1.but to my surprise only pop up alerts show...also for the pop alerts they pop up at a different value than the set value and sometimes don't even pop up at all https://clickalgo.com/delta-volume-indicator I configured and tested the telegram bot token and chat id but still not a single alert is sent when the volume trigger value is reached am using the Pepperstone broker and my platform ctrader version is 4.1 since the new versions are having issue that s why am using the older version
Mike Thank you for reporting this. I tested this product with a delta volume trigger of 25 and it worked fine, your settings have a delta trigger of 303 which is very high and may never be hit, also I can see your delta volume is zero.

How to Test Change your timeframe to 1-minute Change the volume trigger to 25 also, share a picture on here of the telegram testing tool sending you a test message.
steveauxene the pop up alerts seem to be working well i.e only one pop up alert is sent per trigger but for the telegram alert it does not work.....download the one from the site and test yourself you shall see i have even created a completely new bot token and still nothing is working the other telegram alerts e.g from support and resistance indicator seem to be alright
Mike It may be that your Telegram settings are newer and we need to update our Telegram libraries to the latest version, I will do this today and publish the update, I hope to get this all done today and will post here once complete.
