Hello
Since installing the trading terminal I can't switch accounts on my desktop ctrader platform. The drop down box that let's you switch from demo to live is now greyed out so I'm stuck in demo?? Has this happened to anybody else??
Been on live chat to ic markets for ages trying to sort it with no avail.
Tried uninstalling ctrader then installing it again and that's not helped either.
Can't work it out as I can switch from different accounts fine on my phones app
