Neptune Registration - Order # 33741

Can't start the robot.. Does not launch the registration prompt... Tried registering the key manually on the restoration page with no results either.

Can I please get an update.. This was a live robot. All I did was purchase the Neptune Bundle and Click Algo did some deactivation in the backend.. Ever Since both my Switchback Forex and EURUSD are both not working .. For other Neptune Bots like AUDUSD I can see that they are starting but I don't get the Click Algo promt with the showing the License key

Hi, Paul,

Regarding your issue with the Neptune EURUSD trading robots, there was a license corruption which I have fixed, you will need to stop and restart all the EURUSD cBots and register again.

Regarding an issue with the Switchback trading system, post a new thread below with full details on what you mean by not working.

Most of our products have a checkbox to hide the license verification window when a cBot starts, you probably checked this.
