Licence Validation issue after cTrader platform update.

Ok but what should be the actual name of the product, as in the download is “ Volatility Trader “, whilst in the registration drop down list was “ News Events Trading Robot “. I actually tried to download the latest version from My Downloads but it didn’t work. The problem is there is inconsistency between name of product at purchase point and registration. Hence I get the prompt “ Your product doesn’t seem to be registered “. “Volatility Trader” is not on the registration drop down list of products registered. Thank you, Michele

Thank you for the information, the product you purchased was the cTrader News Events Trading Robot, it looks like the name had been changed in the past.

I have had to update the name of the product to cTrader Forex Volatility Trader and I have removed your registration.

Please restart the cBot and register again, it should now work.
