I am trying to use cTrader SuperTrend Trading System without the source code and it relays my back-testing and automation requests for trading through something that verifies the serial number all the time. I can't leave the optimization function on for very long to leave or the c bot on for very long because it just stops. Should I get a refund?

Morning, the license verification window should only show when you start the cBot for trading, it should only display once when you start a backtest or optimisation, are you seeing multiple popup windows that crash your trading platform?

If optimisation stops then your settings are incorrect, can you export your cBot settings as a text file and use the upload button to post it here, can you also share a screenshot of the cBot log?

How to send cBot log information

To save your cBot settings just right-click your mouse on the cBot instance in cTrader automate and choose save.

@"Sophia"#p3125 I am seeing multiple popup windows when i try and use optimisation. On top of that i left the Cbot on over night for testing on a demo account and woke up to it stopped. i'm assuming this has something to do with the pop up window that will randomly fire off for vitrification. ill try and figure out the log information to send over.

@"Sophia"#p3125 Also could this happen if my internet connection drops out for split second? will the popup window fire off again once its reconnected even if its a micro second?

Sounds like a bug if you see multiple popup windows when you optimise, I will change this post to a bug report and contact the vendor to fix the issue, we need to see the log to understand why the cBot stopped, we also need your settings.
