Volatility Widget does not work

Hello, yesterday we tried to install the cTrader Professional Trading Software Widgets software in the FxPro cTrader platform and the volatility dashboard does not work.

Operating system: Windows 10 Home Edition 64 bit
Platform: FxPro cTrader 3.8
Software version: Paid version.
Location: Padova (IT)
Time zone: GMT + 1
