cTrader Measure tool not working

Hello,

I have downloaded measure tool indicator and installed it, however it wasn't showing on the chart when i selected on the in custom indicator. I pull out my smart scalp tool and i found it not working as well.
I tried to reinstall ctrader but it didn't help. Anybody know how it can be fixed?

Hi, Jon,

I added the indicator to the chart. followed the instructions on the product page and it is working fine using cTrader IC Markets

Are you using a Mac?
Did you select YES for full access?
Did you follow instructions on how to use the tool?
Who is your broker?

thanks for the reply, i am pretty sure i have it setup correctly because it is working correctly on my other laptop.
for some reasons, all my cbots from clickalgo and indicators suddenly stopped working.
I am using sportware ctrader v4.3.12 on windows 11, the broker is pepper stone.
Any idea?

This is a Spotware indicator and not a ClickAlgo indicator, I would say if all your indicators and cBots stopped working then you have an issue with either your PC or cTrader installation, you will need to contact Spotware.

I am unsure how you are using Pepperstone v4.3.12 as the current version is v4.2.22, also cTrader beta is only 4.3.11

I tested the tool on Pepperstone 4.2.22 and it works fine, make sure you are accepted the full rights popup or it will not show.

I also tested on cTrader Beta 4.3.11 and it works fine.

sorry for late reply, I have been very busy lately.
I tried the quickfx terminal cbot on pepperstone v4.2.22 and it doesn't work. Could you explain how i accept the full rights popup?

For now, i have to re-install the spotware ctrader to v4.3.9 to get the cbot working.
