Thank you for reporting this, we do not support cTrader Beta as this version is still in development and may contain bugs, can you try with the current stable version of cTrader with a broker v4.2.22
Also, which operating system are you using?
It's working on cTrader 4.3.12 Beta as shown below, maybe you are using an old version of Windows?
