Here comes another bug...
This alarm closes both losing and profitable trades ! It shoudn't work like that !
I didn't notice it earlier, because I set "Net profit has achieved" value which was always lower than net profit losin more than.
But when i decided to test Reward/Risk ratio 1,5:1 - i discovered that despite i set profit to be 3 EUR, and losing 2 EUR cbot always was closing both profit and losing trades at 2 EUR. I thought that re-starting would help, but i didn't.
That's why log is so short.

Unortunately @"Mike"#5 , cbot freezed again during a night - I managed to get a log.
So this bug is still open... -> you can split this information from this thread.
I had those 2 alarms open same as above ; net profit has achieved and net profit losing more than.

21/09/2022 03:36:06.524 | CBot instance [ClickAlgo Risk Assistant, XAUUSD, h1] process was unexpectedly terminated.
I'm not sure if this line of the log is because i had to close it manually, or this is a log line because of freezing.

At this point, i'm stopping all the new tests and using this bot untill any new update - it's simply too risky.

Morning, thank you for your help, we do not feel this is a bug because you have the setting close all positions, this will close all winning and losing trades and it is part of the feature of the cBot.

The freezing issue is a problem and I will open the old thread to investigate.

Sophia has already advised you to stop using the product until we have fully investigated the issue.

Are you sure Mike? I think that this alarm should trigger only if profit is negative. At the moment it triggers when profit is either negative or positive.

To clarify, those 2 position were seperate trades. Those positions were not open at the same time. So it doesn't matter that i set "close all positions".
In my opiniom it is a bug.

The second alarm called "balance increased by" 3 EUR is responsible for closing trade in positive profit.

I received the bot for free from you for helping you once, so refund is not an option. And even if it was, i'd never Ask for it.

I will simply wait. It's great tool for my professional trading, so i would like to Ask you, that it will not be a "very long" period of time :):). Have a nice day.
