Mike Can you share the CSV file as a file upload or a screenshot showing the first 3 lines including the date? Also, try changing your DateTime format to the same as below.

EduardoCarrera Hello, I'm sorry, I couldn't find time last week to check this out. But I just tried following the steps that you told me and I'm still getting the same error :( This is how my CSV file looks like now:
Mike I just imported the file below, which is the same format and converted it to cTrader format with no errors. Check your PC settings again and make sure they are using the format explained in my first post, if this fails then I would request a refund if you are within 14-days. EduardoCarrera Yes, I'll keep trying, I also did change the settings in my Computer accordingly. But there may be something I'm missing. I'm using the free trial, so that's okay. Maybe this is part of the problem too? Not sure. Thank you very much for your help!
