cTrader Market Signals Indicator Help

Hi,
I'm new to the cTRader world but learning, i have downloaded the trial version of 'cTrader Market Signals Indicator'. And hope to continue and buy the full license.

It's showing v2.1 have setup Telegram signals with help of the video tutorial, getting alerts pop up's everything seems to
work fine. But What I don't understand is this:

"Conditions for the Alert Signals
The following conditions must be true to send a buy signal alert, the reverse applies to sell signals:

Main Trend: Bullish
Bollinger Bands: Bullish.
RSI: Bullish."

When i applied the indicator i don't see these conditions / options to set for an alert, I'm just getting all alerts! (As i have ticked the pop up and telegram alerts).

Also, i don't understand how to use the signals properly, after alert do i take the entry when all align bullish for buy and Bearish for sell? and avoid when one of the 3 is in orange? (They constantly change/fluctuate!).

I'm getting alerts when all 3 are not matched and even when the green/red (buy/sell) arrow not plotted on the chart/indicator window (Example a buy arrow is plotted 5-6 candles before and i get pop up alert in same direction).
So, do we need an arrow also on the chart/indicator window at the same time for a valid signal?

All your help and support will really help me move forward. I'm also interested in other Starfield indicators.
Also, a tutorial/video ton how to use these indicators effectively would be great.

It sounds like you are either using a very low timeframe or your settings are causing some issues, share your settings here as a text file uploaded, you can export these settings from cTrader Automate.

Please confirm that you have read the product page user guide.

As with all indicators they are to be used with your existing strategy, when all 3 indicators are showing either bullish or bearish, it is you as the trader who should decide what you do with these signals.

Hi Mike thank you for your reply.

This is what i did:
I think the Markets were closed when i set it up. Using the indicator on H4 time frame.
I applied the indicator on 1 chart (with pop up and telegram set to Yes, I followed the tutorial on the bot-token & chat id and put in the details in the indicator settings) and saved it as template and then loaded the template on other pairs.

Please forgive my lack of knowledge about cTrader in detail as I just switched over from MT4. Everything is very new for me, and I am still learning so unfortunately, I don't know how exactly to send you the text file. (i'll send you the screenshot of what it's showing me).

Yes, I have read on the product page and seen the 1 image that is displayed on it marked with vertical lines.
That image marked with vertical lines (entry setups) is quite clear, I just want to make sure if the alerts are working as they should or are they not. And followed all the steps to set up the telegram bot and alerts.

So, it gives alerts when all 3 are aligned or it can give alerts if all 3 are not match (bullish or bearish)?
Can we get pop up / Tele signals only when all 3 are bullish/bearish?

I have uploaded an image (example of a trade EurUSd) arrow on the chart and pop up/tele signal that i received for it.

Thanks sure let me know.. also i have created a post asking about the other indicators from starfield.

So, I tested this entire day on H4 time frame. it happened quite less compared to Monday. But there were a couple
of Alerts on a few pairs where the arrow was printed last week, and alert was given today.

Also, I wanted to know When there is an arrow with alert, and all are not bullish / bearish, but all align after a couple of candles then is it a valid entry or should be avoided?

A few suggestions:
1) An option to give alerts only when all are bullish / Bearish (because if its orange-colored text it denotes its ranging and it's recommended to avoid).

2) A vertical line (dotted-dashed) printed on entry candle like it's marked on the product page trade examples.

I double-checked on a 1-min timeframe and everything looks fine to me, this is how it works.

All 3 signals must be bullish or bearish for an alert.
Only 1 signal is provided for each trend, buy, sell, buy, sell etc
if the last arrow was bullish and you get more future bullish signals before a bearing signal, no alert occurs.

How you use this indicator is up to you as the trader, we cannot provide advice on a customer's strategy or trading.

seems fine to me also, tested last 24 hours on a 1 minute timeframe.

one thing to note is that if you open cTrader or refresh the chart you will get an alert for the last red or green triangle formed, which could be in the past.

If all 3 are bullish or bearish for an alert then when I check the charts the values show in orange/range
and keeps changing constantly and some remain all bullish/bearish. That is normal?

I think this is what must be happening, my connection Seem's to snap out for a few seconds a couple of times in a day so when ctrader re-connects it pops me alerts of a few trades from the past.

Yes, this is normal as the values are updated on each incoming tick of data and not on the close of the candle.
