FilipposTzimopoulos I have installed the cTrader Telegram Setup & Testing Tool and installed it. However, when I run the instance I get a white popup message To be precise this is the first cbot that I have installed, so I assume it is not an issue of the cbot it self? Any ideas?
Sophia Thank you, we will investigate. A recent update to cTrader has caused some issues with our products, this is a known problem. Can you tell me the operating system you are using, is it Windows 7, 10 or 11?
Sophia I have tested this on various PCs and its working fine, I do not know why its not working on your machine, its very strange as hundreds of customers use this product, I would make sure all your service packs are up to date. This error usually occurs because Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 is not installed.
