Clive66 I am getting an error when trying to load the .csv file "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 Error". I have installed the suggested software as a fix but it did not work. Sophia Hi, Clive, it should work if you either have excel installed or the OLE DB provider from Microsoft, make sure you have downloaded the file below and restarted your PC. If you are using an old VPS it may not work. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255

Clive66 Nothing works for me. I will try on another PC not being an IT expert I am concerned about crashing my main computer.
Sebastian Hi, it is probably your PC setup, but I agree do not install too much stuff on your workstation, try a clean PC if you can. I will also download a trial of the bot and test to see if I get the same error.

Clive66 @"Sophia"#p4148 Sorry for the confusion. I have given up trying to get this working on my main pc as I do not want to cause problems instaling additional microsoft files. I am now trying to use the trial version on my VPS which is where I am getting the trial expired warning. How many PC'S does the license allow? Thanks again.

Clive66 Thnks for all your replies. I have the standard news manager working. Just one last question, with the basic news manager do I need to add one instance for every cbot and does it need a separate chart?
Mike tested on various PCs, could not find the same issue once the Exel database engine is installed, closing ticket.
