Why does my account keep on disappearing when I sign up on clickalgo.com?

I set up an account on clickalgo.com. I was able to log in. Then later it would not allow me to log in and say my email did not exist.

So... I created another account with a different email. I was able to log in yesterday. Today when I try to log in I get the same email does not exist. BOTH times I clicked on the emails when I signed up to confirm my email account and was told me email was confirmed.

What is happening here??? Why is my account deleted again and again?
