cTrader Trading Tools Exception

Purchased ClickAlgo Trading Widgets product and installed on cTrader 4.5.1 (activated the licence), however the robot is not starting, it throws this error in the Log: "10/12/2022 06:41:12.454 | CBot instance [ClickAlgo Trading Widgets, EURUSD, h1] process was unexpectedly terminated.".

Please help.

I should be able to fix this over the weekend, ready for Monday.

I have just published a new build that should solve the problem with the exception, I have tested it on 4.5 and everything seems fine, you can download the update from your ClickAlgo account downloads. Let me know if it is now working ok.

Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for reporting this, I tested using cTrader 4.5.1 and could not get it to crash, can you provide the steps that you are using for the error to occur and your single-click money management settings?

I have found some warnings that I am fixing now when you select "Risk % of your Equity" and a few other settings.

After playing with it for a few minutes I found a sequence to get the same error.

I am very sorry this is still not fixed, can you tell me the steps to reproduce this error?

Can you also confirm you are using the latest version 1.6.2 as shown in the log tab?

This time I could not get the product to error after trying all the features.

Hi Mike, downloaded the latest version and install it (v1.6.2), now it's starting with no errors. The only comment I have is about the Volatility Alert Widget, I can open it but doesn't work at all (no depth of market or volatility counters are moving).

Morning, not all brokers offer Depth of Market data, I will investigate this feature.

It looks like the error was thrown when a broker does not support DOM or t the weekend, I will fix this and publish another update, thank you again for your patience.

I have just published a new update version 1.6.3 which fixes the issue when you open and close the volatility panel, please let me know if there are any further issues.
