cTrader Moving Average Instant Alerts - can not get it to show all the features

I am testing cTrader Moving Average Instant Alerts, however I'm not able to get all the features to show up, like the
be alert window etc.. what am i doing wrong ?

thank you for your reply.. I have read and watch the video and the issues is that nothing happens after i hit the play button and nothing happens.. NO POP-UP WINDOW opens shows up?

It looks like you may have not downloaded the trial from the link below.

The name of the cBot should be

ClickAlgo Moving Average Alerts Trial

If you have downloaded this file, then when you start the cBot you should see the license verification window, after you click on the next button the window will appear, check for this licensing window hidden behind your other windows, and minimise them to find it.

You need to click on the OK button to install.

If you attach the cBot to a chart and start it and nothing happens then you may have an issue with your PC, I advise you to try another one. I have tested this product on our two test PCs and it's working fine.

I do not have another PC that I can install it on. ... does the fact I'm using ctrader in demo mode, in preparation for the ftmo challenge make a difference?

i am also testing the ma crossover strategy and that does not seem to be functional? meaning i can not get the back test to work? at no point does any of the install prompt me for user license trial or otherwise? the problem is I cannot use your software when I go live with my hundred-thousand-dollar account in FTMO cause if i use ctrader once i start i can not switch. and I have been using the same computer for MT4 and MT5 even tradingview all work great!

tested it again on my sons computer and it works.....it seem to be the install ? i am trying to uninstall it but its not showing up in add and remove programs ? i am going to try to reinstall it hopefully it replaces the first install!
