The settings are stored in the registry below the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\imb24\cTrader\Risk Reward Pro\ ACCOUNT_NUMBER \ INSTANCE_ID
If the settings do not appear anymore in your charts, it is likely that the account number or the instance id changed. Could you check that?
Btw. if you are able to export the settings from the registry, edit the resulting file by replacing the ACCOUNT_NUMBER and/or INSTANCE_ID with your current set and re-import the changed file into the registry, you could import existing settings to a different account/instance. (I may provide a "copy from" option in the future to use existing settings for different accounts/instances).
