Tried to execute a trade from a demo account (non-zero balance) and the attached error appeared.

could you give me some more details about the account? Like broker, symbol, balance, your planning details etc?

Hi Carston,

The broker is Pepperstone and the demo account ('Hedging') had a balance of £20K.
The trade was for GBPUSD long with TG1 = 1.0R
Risk mode: % of Balance which is set to 1%

I entered a trade earlier today (NZDUSD) with the same settings but this time the trade was accepted. I left the trade to run and when I returned, the trade had closed but there was another red error message. Unfortunately, this disappeared after the pc went into sleep mode.

I had cTrader open on another monitor whilst working at another and the attached error message just popped up without any action from me.

Could you send me a copy of the Symbol-Info screen from ctrader ? Similar to:

I will prepare a version for you that creates more detail information of the error tomorrow. There is not too much room of what can cause the problem, so we will get it.

Hi Carsten,

Just to mention, in the Automate section of cTrader, I initially designated each instance of the indicator with a number, but found it hard to keep track of what number related to what pair (particularly when adding or removing pairs as the list order can't be changed in the automate section). I then found that the Instance box accepted the name of the pair as the designator which made things a lot easier. I'm presuming this is ok to do, but just letting you know.

Also, I'm new to cTrader so haven't had experience using it before applying the RR tool.

The ticket was closed, vendor dealt with the customer directly.
