Hi, I tried to buy ctrader market trading. the money was debited from the card twice but I don't have the product

I found your account, it looks like you never finalised the payment, the market trading clock is still in your shopping basket, did you attempt to pay using PayPal or your debit/credit card?

Payment is not taken until you confirm the order after you have entered your card details or paid via PayPal.

It looks like your card was declined, you cannot pay using a Prepaid card with our Square payment provider, try again using PayPal.

No monies were taken from your bank account, contact them to clarify.
