It's working fine on my PC using US30 @ 5 mins, it looks like you may be using a candle overlay or another indicator which may be affecting the trading zones indicator, try removing all indicators and just use the support and resistance indicator.
Also, try a different broker, it could be your SB account. Sometimes the zones can be very wide depending on the data.
