Hi, it is not possible to place 2 buy or 2 sell orders on the same chart, you can only place 1 buy and 1 sell if you want to place additional same-side trades you will need to open a new chart.
I see you have just the Sell Risk & Reward plan displayed and a sell position open, you cannot open another sell order, to open a buy order you need to click on the green up arrow to open the Buy Risk & Reward Plan and than submit a buy order.
I would read the user guide and also see the limitations for both the free and paid version.

Can you provide the following information, so we can investigate. First remove all indicators, just use the R&R tool.
- The symbol you are trading.
- The version of cTrader.
- a screenshot of the settings window.
- The steps to reproduce the freezing.
- A screenshot of the cBot log or export as a text file. (how to save log)
If you are attempting to open more than 1 buy or sell, do not report this as this is normal behavior.
The cBot log will show any possible errors, if we discover a bug we will open a bug report.
