Harmonic scanner pattern issues

Hello.
Just wanted to report another bug.
I'am trying to work with your harmonic scanner again, since u have updated it last August, i thought i would give it try again.
The tool would be awesome, but it really doesn't work. It shows patterns on the scanner that are not on the chart and vice versa, i also have a bot connected to it and it opens positions when the scanner catches a pattern, but it keeps opening positions, and when i go to the chart the pattern isnt there nor in the scanner.

It looks like the patterns form for a very short time and then they disappear from the chart or from the scanner, i think both this things happen.

okay, one problem more, it seems that some patterns that form last hour appear on the chart with 8 hour diference from the scanner, but some are correct. ??? any thoughts ??

theres an example above.
The computer and the spotware ctrader platform 4.8.28 are set to the same time, UTC time.
I am working with a VPS, but its here in Europe, so it´s the same Time 1 hour more or less at the maximum.

On this one, pattern is on the scanner and not on the chart.

Hi, Joao, thank you for taking the time to report this. The behaviour you are seeing will happen when you have the setting Auto Scan Patterns set to YES, you can find more information below.

What is happening is new patterns are forming and the old ones are removed from the chart, but in the scan results window, it will be logged. Also, if no patterns are found, the old ones will have been removed, but the status window will still show them as historical patterns.

The scanner window will also show all historical patterns, even if they are not displayed on the chart, you can clear the history with the clear button. The historical patterns are stored in a file on your computer.

I checked the pattern date and time when it forms and it is correct on my PC as shown below for a EURUSD Butterfly bearish pattern.

Hi Sophia, thanks for the quick answer.
i also asked why the diference in 8 hours from the pattern on the chart and the pattern on the scanner???? I am getting this in some of the pairs, u have above 2 examples EURUAD and USDCAD.
And on the first example i posted EURJPY has 2 patterns formed on the 7/11/2023 at 15:00 (as u can see by the 2 C's close to each other) but the scanner only shows 3 with earlier dates, how can u explain that?

share your UTC offset in cTrader, bottom right, this is your cTrader set time and your current region as set on your PC.

Also, share a single example chart shot like I have above showing the whole pattern with the scan window result.

Hi,
as u can see in the last picture, several patterns of GBPNZD on the scanner on the 15th of November, and no patterns on the chart since 13th.
This would be a great tool, if it worked properly.
I could send u dozens of examples like this and others.

Hi, Joao, Sophia answered your question regarding patterns that show in the scanner, but not in the chart, your last post was regarding the times being incorrect on the formed patterns, this can happen if your UTC offset and PC time do not match, you need to provide the information as requested for a single example.

a chart showing the full pattern formed with its name showing.
the scanner window with the pattern, on the same chart image.
your cTrader set time.
your regional settings.
