This is difficult for us to investigate as it was only reported once before, could you share your OS build number, this is mine below which is Windows 11 Home.
We are also in the process of removing the settings panel and using the default cBot settings for Mac users, this would fix this issue, but it will take time and the problem you are having will affect any product that uses a custom interface.
Are you using cTrader v 4.8.3?
