It looks like you used this product nearly 4 years ago, I would start by downloading the latest version from your account at ClickAlgo.
Once downloaded you will need to install it as a NinjaTrader Add-on, follow the official NinjaTrader steps below.

You can no longer enter your license key in the Register your Product page, instead, you need to start the Add-On and when you click on the next button on the registration verification screen it will take you to this page with your license key pre-filled.
