First, make sure it's a bug. You should also search this group to see if anyone has already reported this bug.
Once you've established that it's a bug and that we don't know about it already, the most important thing you can do is come up with the steps to reproduce the bug, please choose a single example and not post multiple examples. The simpler description to duplicate the issue, the more likely a developer is to successfully reproduce the bug and fix it.
In addition to the steps to reproduce the error, we will also need the following information:
- Name of the broker.
- Your cBot Settings.
- Your cTrader UTC time (bottom right of the trading platform).
- A screenshot of your chart.
How to Share Your cBot Settings
You need to first save your settings as a text file, it is usually saved with a cBotset extension, once you have this file with your settings just upload them using the upload icon on the editor window, you can upload a file up to 150KB.

We need a clear image of your chart with all your indicators and a vertical line showing where the event happened.
How To Upload An Image
To upload an image you can click on the upload icon on the editor window, max size is 150KB, if your image is too big, just resize it, but make sure it is still good quality to see.

You can also copy/paste an image URL from another website and the image will be displayed in your post.
