First, make sure it's a bug. You should also search this group to see if anyone has reported this bug. Once you've established that it's a bug and that we don't know about it already, the most important thing you can do is develop the steps to reproduce the bug. Please choose a single example and do not post multiple examples. The simpler the description to duplicate the issue, the more likely a developer will reproduce and fix the bug successfully.
In addition to the steps to reproduce the error, we will also need the following information:
- Name of the broker.
- Your cBot Settings.
- Your cTrader UTC (bottom right of the trading platform).
- A screenshot of your chart.
