one click Terminal doesn't work correct

Hello, I bought the one click terminal. Before that I had the trial version which worked very well. Since I got the paid version I have had problems. When I click on the start button of the one click terminal, the bot does NOT open. It does not open. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it. Are there any registry files that can or must be deleted? Or how can I solve the problem?

I see you have registered the product using a machine key, this means you have downloaded an older copy, please download the product again from your account downloads. When you start the cBot you should see the image below.

i wail until tomorrow, because the ctrader work not correct. the installation is not working maybe there are problems with the c trader

I have big problems with the one click terminal. I had the demo version for 14 days and it worked without any problems. Now I have bought the version, registered it and have problems every day. When I press the play button, the bot opens when I start the C Trader for the first time. After that the bot no longer opens. The play button is pressed but the bot no longer opens. I have uninstalled the bot several times and registered it again. No improvement. What can I do?

i see the Brokername and the paid version, but only once if i start the C Trader. The day long, i push the playbutton but the terminal doesn't work. i don't know what to do..............its boring

Please do not open multiple threads about the same subject, it seems you have only 1 issue, which is the cBot will not start.

Can you open cTrader Algo and add a cBot instance, press play on the cBot and tell me want it says in the cBot log?

I just tested the cBot and it is working fine on my PC.

Make sure you click on the continue button for the license verification window each time to start the cBot or it will not run, it may be hidden behind other windows. It looks like you are not seeing the popup window when you click again on the start button

if i open the cTrader, the Terminal works. After a few minutes, i open some other pages or programs on my computer and switch to the cTrader, the Terminal doesn't work anymore. Than i close the cTrader, restart and the Terminal works for a few minutes.

I have just published an update, follow the steps below.

Delete the current cBot on your PC.
Download the new update from your account downloads.
install the new cBot

You should now see version 2.1.0 on the registration window.

If you have any problems, share a screenshot of the registration panel that you see when you start the cBot.

I would like to delete all the files. Are there any cache files or something similar somewhere? I still have the same problems, but I have the feeling that I have to delete everything. Can you tell me what I have to delete? Thanks.

Try using a different web browser as your download may be cached, the download file is the latest version.
