This is because the ID is your real cTrader ID, as shown on the registration screen.
As the others have mentioned, if you are trying to register on a friend's PC, it will not work.
Register the software and when you start the cBot it will work, I am 100% sure because the ID is the one that is being provided by the cTrader platform.
