When I previously purchased your product, I was not informed that its validity was tied to the update service period. As a customer, I do not recall receiving this information.
In my message, I mentioned that I do not require any updates; I only request the ability to use what I originally purchased. I spent money on this product, and I do not understand why I am unable to use it now.
Another product I downloaded from ClickAlgo, which I still use, is not blocked by Windows Defender. For example, а few week ago when I downloaded the trial version of MACD Alerts, it worked without any issues.
I propose the following to resolve the current issue:
I will reorder the updated version of all the products I mentioned in my previous message. If, after downloading, they work without any problems, I request that you refund my payment. This is because I already own these products, and the issue with activating the older version appears to be on your side. Let me know if you agree with my proposal
I understand that I may need to reorder, but could you please explain again for how long the new license would last and why this limitation exists? Why can’t you allow me to use the product I purchased for as long as I wish?
