How to Vote for a Suggestion?
All users can vote on a post that suggests a new feature, please help us help you by using this feature, the posts with the most features will be included where existing customers will benefit from a free update.
How We Prioritise Suggestions
We do take all feedback seriously, but due to the size of the team and the number of both free and paid products we offer we can only update the software which has the highest priority, the following factors are taken into consideration.
- The number of likes by other customers for a suggestion.
- How useful we feel the new feature would benefit the product.
- How easy can the suggestion be implemented.
- The number of customers using the product.
- If the suggestion is possible.
